Enjoying the last of fall!
Kids riding around in their wagon! Daddy ended up pulling them for an hour because they all refused to get out!
Awwww! Riley sure loves to hold and take care of his little sister. Sometime he worries me when he carrys her around the house but she really doesn't seem to mind it.
We had so many pomegranites this year we didn't know what to do with them all. So I thought it would be a fun experience for Riley to have a stand and sell them. I must not have advertised it very well because the only "customers" he had was grandma, grandpa, and our neighbor Niles (because I called and told them to come buy some). hehehe. It was so cute because at first Riley picked Niles out four pomegrantes and tried to give hime 50 cents also. Then we explained to Riley that Niles was the one that was supposed to pay him. All in all riley made twelve dollars that day.
Brandon sharing his jacket with Roxee(10mo). Daddy was out watching the boys play in the yard and Roxee decided to wake up from her nap. So he didn't have time to put on her jacket (boys can't be unsupervised that long!) so he made due with just sharing his. I came home from the store to find my FAVORITE picture just waiting to be taken!

Catching up!
We did not do to much for halloween but I figure I better make a post about it since it is kind of a holiday. Riley had to be a ninja turtle, Ramsey was a dragon, and little Roxee was Tigger with a bow on her head(had to be a girl costume!). Grandma Kathy (my mom) came down to spend the weekend with us so she came with me to the trunk or treat at Lins. That was really lame! An hour wait for like 5 pieces of candy! After which we headed home and just went trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. Grandma stayed home and handed out candy so that Brandon and I could take the kids out. After we got back we got the kiddos to bed and Grandma insisted that Brandon and I go out to an adult halloween party. Which was really fun. Although we should have dressed up. Oh Well! At least we got out and had some fun.
After Halloween I rode with my mom back to Salt Lake so that I could take care of her after her heart surgery. We left Monday morning and come Tuesday morning while she was at the hospital my two babies woke up sick. They got what I had (strep and a cough). So after mom gets home Tuesday evening the work starts. Luckily it was a pretty simple surgery and she didn't need to much care. Between me and my kids being sick I already had my hands full. Not the greatest idea that mom and I have had. Me taking care of her with my three kids? We are all just crazy. The week went by and all was fine (I think?). Brandon came up on Thursday night and it had snowed a ton! So Riley had been patiently waiting all week for his dad so that they could build a snow man together. So early Friday morning that is what they did. Cute!

My little helper gets hurt!
Ramsey is such an awesome little helper these days. He loves to throw away his and Roxee's diapers, put dishes away, and throw the dirty laudry down the stairs(our getto laundry shoot). Sometimes I will find diapers at the bottom of the stairs or dishes in the garbage but I don't mind. He likes to help. So this morning after he got up I was trying to find his favorite cartoons on tv and he found a pair of his shorts from the other day. So being the thoughtful little boy that he is he decided to throw them downstairs for me(with out being asked).I do have a permanent gate there with the swinging door but I must not have made sure that it latched when I came up stairs and our house was built in the 40's so we have very steep narrow stairs that are wood. All of a sudden I hear the worst crashing and thumping I have ever heard. HE FELL DOWN THE STAIRS!!! I ran and my heart sank as I am running down the stair and I see him there at the bottom all twisted up. I hesitated to pick him up in case it would do more damage. He began crying and moving around so I new that he was somewhat ok. He only cried for about 10 seconds. Meanwhile Riley heard all of the comotion and asked me what I did to Rams. Made me feel horrible. I was paniced and ran next store to Linda and woke her up. We decided after checking his eyes and looking him over he was fine. Not one bump! Only a little scrape on his neck! He was playing and eating just normal. I still couldn't feel comfortable with it so I ran him to instacare and they determined that he was fine. WHEW!!

The Energetic Trio
Riley made the cutest Pinata at school this week. He is getting so good at his "R's" We spent most of Wednesday night trying to break it open. Surprisingly Ramsey was the first one to get any candy out of it. Fun stuff!

MY CRAZY KID FREAKING HIS MOM OUT!!!
Here is my wonderful son at 3 years old. He is totally a child prodigy when it comes to riding things. He is so CRAZY!!!! I have no idea what I will do when he gets older. Right now at 4 and a half his dad is trying to find him a dirt bike. The only problem being is that they don't make one small enough for him. Or for that matter one that is small enough that can still go fast enough. He would just get borde with one that goes to slow. He is just to short to reach the ground even on the smallest dirt bike made. I also have to mention why I think that he is a riding "prodigy". For one he rode a bike (plastic trike) three months before he could walk. And Second he started riding a two wheeler just after his third birthday. We took the training wheels off and the first time we tried he just took off. Ever since he has been pulling wheelies and doing BMX tricks. He is due for a new bike but his legs are not long enough to get the next size up, and I don't want to buy him another bike that is the exact same size as the one he has got. Which is the smallest pedal bike that they make. Obviously I am so proud.
Racin Riley!

Scarey Car Accident!!!
So yesterday after getting my root canal and picking up the kids from Aunt Sandy's we were heading into La Verikin. Right at Toquerville heights there is some construction going on for the approach to turn into Toqer heights. So some old guy(like 80-90) coming from the opposite way got confused where the opening was and made a left turn in front of me and just stopped in the middle of my lane. By the time I realized he wasn't continueing to move it was to late. There he sits side ways in the middle of my lane. I was going to T-bone him!!!! So I locked up my brakes and held on. Then I realized even with me laying on the horn the whole time he still wasn't attemping to move and I was going to hit him hard. So I started turning left because to the right of me were a whole bunch of construction workers. I noticed that the oncoming traffic had stopped because the guy in the huge ford truck that was behind the old man must have seen that something bad was going to happen. In turning I thought for sure I was going to hit that ford head on, but bless the driver in that ford he must have reversed just enough. Mean while my back end corner hit the old man driving the little toyota. He was still in the middle of my lane!!! I jumped out of the car freaking out and crying. "I have three babbies in the car!!" In a panic not knowing what to do I just new I needed help. So all of the construction workers came running and determined we were all right. So I backed up off the road and they called the police. The old guy got a moving violation ticket and everyone was fine. Thank Goodness! I think about it now and I am proud of my self for handling the durango the way that I did. Because if I wouldn't have swerved left it could have been tragic. If I would have just held straight I would have killed the old mans wife in the truck and I probably would have gone through the windsheild. If I would have gone right I would have plowed over 4 constructions workers. So I am so thankful that heavenly father helped me make the right choice. And we are so blessed that no one was hurt.
My boys love working with daddy!
